Red Cottonwood is a kind of hardwood tree found in Northern America. We collect the one that is already in the floor and sanitize it for feeding and decor purposes. This means that we do not use any chemicals most companies use. The sanitation process for these pieces is boiling and baking twice. We have never encountered a problem with these sanitation process and all our invertebrates love eating them. This includes our millipedes, isopods, mealworms, superworms, and more. Many people don't know how important this is for an invertebrate to have in its enclosure.
